Michael Harrington
Michael founded Spirit Realty Ventures with a vision to bring institutional-quality real estate development to Connecticut's underserved markets. With over 15 years of experience spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use development, he oversees all acquisitions, capital strategy, and investor relationships. Prior to founding SRV, Michael led development projects totaling over $40M in value across the Northeast.
